The practice describes itself as a medical practice rather than a drip bar. Every protocol begins with a consultation, which is free, and is backed by lab work when it is appropriate. Treatment plans are built around symptoms, goals, lifestyle and lab results, then adjusted as those needs change and monitored throughout. Each protocol is prescribed by a medical team that includes an MD medical director and a nurse practitioner with full prescriptive authority. Medications and peptides are compounded at a PCAB-accredited pharmacy, which the business says ranks among the top 8% of compounding pharmacies in the United States for quality and safety.

Labs are available walk-in, with no insurance or doctor's referral needed. Blood samples go to Quest Diagnostics, and results can be viewed online or reviewed in an interpretation session. Panels cover hormone and endocrine, metabolic and energy, cardiovascular and cholesterol, inflammation and immune, liver and kidney, and bone and mineral areas. A Comprehensive Metabolic Panel is listed from $59, a Standard Lipid Panel from $49, and a glucose test at $29.

IV appointments usually take about 45 to 60 minutes and are given by registered medical professionals. Drips are grouped into immunity, symptom-specific, beauty-specific and performance-specific options. Examples include the Hangover IV, which is $169 at Bartlett and $249 for mobile service, the Myers' Cocktail IV, which is $249 at Bartlett and $349 mobile and is named after its creator, Dr. John Myers, and the Performance Recovery IV, at $269 at Bartlett and $299 mobile. The Myers' Cocktail contains B-complex vitamins, calcium, magnesium, vitamin C and electrolytes. Add-ons such as vitamin C, zinc and anti-nausea medication are listed at $35 each, and glutathione is a $60 add-on that requires a separate IV infusion. Wellness shots are intramuscular and are given by the medical team.

Medical weight loss is designed for adults with a BMI of 27 or higher who have tried diet and exercise without lasting results. It begins with an initial consultation and baseline bloodwork, then uses individualized dosing, gradual dose increases, anti-nausea support when needed, and monthly check-ins with the medical team. Prescriptions are shipped to the client's home or can be picked up in the office, typically within two to three business days. Pricing varies by dosage and protocol.

The infrared sauna uses a Sunlighten mPulse three-person unit with red light therapy, and each session runs 45 minutes. A single session is $49. The 5-session monthly pack is $109 and includes five sessions plus 5% off other services, and unused sessions expire at the end of each billing cycle. The unlimited monthly membership is $199, allows one session per day with advance booking, and includes 10% off other services. Temperatures start at 100 to 110°F and can rise to 135°F, with a maximum of 155°F. The room fits one to three guests, with two recommended at most. Clean robes, towels, bottled and lemon water, and light snacks are provided in a Relaxation Room. There are no showers on site, but fresh towels and spray deodorant are available. The room is ventilated and disinfected for 15 minutes after every session.

The Lake Bluff location offers a mix of private offices and an open layout, plus private spaces with TV streaming. The business also hosts private events on request.

Care is individualized from the start, with a consultation, lab work where appropriate, and ongoing monitoring as a protocol changes over time.
