The studio has two Manhattan locations: the Upper East Side studio at 1258 3rd Avenue, between 72nd and 73rd Streets, and the Upper West Side studio at 531 Amsterdam Avenue, between 85th and 86th Streets. Both offer eyelash extensions, lash lifts and tints, and brow services.

Extension sets vary in how many extensions go on each natural lash. The Classic set places one extension per lash, with 60, 80 or 100 per eye. The Double set (2D) places two per lash and uses about 160. The Hybrid set mixes classic extensions with handmade 3D to 5D volume fans in a 50/50 blend. The Full Volume 5D set uses extra-thin lashes fanned out and applied to each natural lash. Volume sets in the 3D to 6D range are also listed. Full application takes about 90 to 120 minutes, and touch-ups are recommended roughly every three weeks. The extensions are semi-permanent and waterproof, attached with a waterproof bonding adhesive.

Extensions come in several looks. Faux Mink has a semi-matte finish and a steep taper, in B, C, D and L curls. Faux Silk tapers starting one third of the way along the lash and comes in black or brown, in B, C and D curls. Royal Cashmere has a concave base, matte finish and split tip, in C or D curl. Flat Lashes are flattened to look wider, in B, C and D curls. Real Mink lashes are handmade from 100% Siberian mink fur. The studio describes them as sterilized, hypoallergenic and free of chemicals and dye, and calls them the most luxurious lash available on the market.

Lash lifts and tints are also offered, with the lift as a cream-based lifting and shaping treatment for natural lashes. The tint uses semi-permanent vegetable dye in dark brown, deep black or blue black, takes about 20 to 30 minutes for top and bottom lashes, and lasts about three to four weeks. Brow lamination smooths and straightens brow hairs and lasts three to four weeks. An eyelash and eyebrow tint adds color and shape using the same type of dye.

Extensions and lash lift and tint services are by appointment only, and a credit card is needed to reserve any service. Clients are asked to arrive 12 to 14 minutes early so appointments do not overlap. Late arrivals do not get extra time and still owe the full fee. Cancelling less than 24 hours ahead may incur a charge of 50% of the service cost, only if the slot cannot be filled, and a missed appointment without notice is charged the full fee. Clients are asked to silence phones and devices, to leave companions who are not having a service elsewhere, and to arrange for valuables before visiting. Cash gratuities are accepted for exceptional service, with an average stated as 18% to 20% of the treatment cost. Store products are non-refundable, and gift certificates are valid for one year and cannot be exchanged for cash.
