Services fall into three groups. Cuts include a shampoo, conditioning, cut and blow dry style for $50 and a short cut without blow dry from $25. Color starts with a basic grey-coverage retouch at $75, with gloss-and-blow-dry retouches from $125, vivid and custom colors from $125, all-over color from $175, and partial or full balayage and highlights from $150 and $225. Babylights are $250, and Lived in Blonde, a blended option for grey blending and lower-maintenance color between visits, starts at $250.

Vivid, custom and pastel colors use a double process to lift and then deposit color. Several services list typical appointment lengths: all-over color about 2.5 hours, partial balayage or highlights about 2 hours, full balayage or highlights about 3 hours, babylights about 2.5 hours, and Lived in Blonde two to three hours depending on the shade requested. Color services include toner or gloss as needed, a cleanse and conditioning, and a blow dry style.

According to the salon, its high-end product range is chosen for upkeep and recovery of hair condition. A K18 conditioning treatment is available as an add-on for $35.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment carry no fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours are charged 30% of the originally booked services.
