The acne program begins with an in-depth consultation and skin analysis, followed by a deep exfoliating treatment with extractions and 25 minutes of LED light therapy. Clients are typically seen every two weeks until their skin clears, and a short 25-minute Glow Nap visit is offered between treatments. The business says the program is designed to clear acne in three to four months depending on the type of acne, and that its clients range in age from 12 to 65. Virtual acne consultations and follow-ups are available, and a Virtual Acne Clearing Program is offered to clients outside Southern California. Face, back and chest treatments are also offered, along with an Acne Safe HydraFacial that uses acne-friendly ingredients.
The Age Gracefully menu covers anti-aging consultations, BioRePeel, a Cellular Rejuvenation treatment for aging, dermaplaning and HydraFacial Luxe, which extends treatment to the neck and décolleté. Recommendations may also include standard HydraFacials, peels, microdermabrasion and Cellular Rejuvenation treatments. HydraFacial Luxe is not recommended for people with active acne.
Before a first visit, new clients place a credit card on file to secure a New Client Consultation, which is not charged until the consultation takes place. The business advises new clients to budget an additional $200 to $300 plus tax for products, and its New Client Start Kit includes products for the first three months. The clinic is reached by a staircase at the back of the building off 12th Street. Most weekdays have plenty of street parking, and metered parking is available on Pacific Coast Highway.
