The studio was built with the patient experience at its center, and it describes itself as a boutique med spa with licensed providers.

Medical direction for every treatment comes from Dr. Phuc Bao Tran, D.O., and each one is carried out by a licensed healthcare professional. Several menu items, among them lip flip, micro-tox, and jawline and trapezius treatments, use FDA-approved products for purposes beyond their approved labeling. According to the studio, every provider is licensed. Injectables are led by Jennae Ty-De Guzman, while facials and microneedling are led by Megan Truong.

New facial clients receive a skin diagnostic and a customized plan as part of their first visit. Injectable clients have an in-room consult, receive a written quote before any product is opened, and are given written aftercare instructions before they leave. Prices are published, and the exact price for a visit is quoted before any product is opened. Visits are by appointment through Boulevard, by phone at (714) 495-3425 or by text at (323) 712-6765. Walk-ins are welcome during open hours, though same-day openings are not guaranteed for injectables. Clients are asked to arrive ten minutes early. The studio is open Wednesday to Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday 9am to 3pm, and is closed Sunday through Tuesday. Parking is on Main Street and in lots just off PCH.

Signature offerings include the HydraFacial, starting at $199 for about an hour, and the Glow Rx Facial at $299. Sculptra is sold per vial, with two- and three-vial packages, and the studio says its visible results build over weeks to months and typically last around two years. Botox and Dysport are priced at $12 per unit, with lower per-unit pricing for members. Medical weight loss programs using compounded semaglutide, tirzepatide and peptide therapy are physician-supervised, built per patient, and begin with a 30 to 45 minute consult. Clients can pay with Cherry or CareCredit for weight loss programs and larger packages.

Two monthly membership tiers are offered. Silver, at $99 a month, includes a monthly X-Press Rx or Dermaplane facial, toxin at $10 per unit and 5% off skincare retail. Platinum, at $199 a month, includes a monthly Glow Rx Facial, toxin at $8 per unit, 10% off skincare retail, a 20-minute LED light therapy session each month, a birthday gift and travel-size skincare. Monthly specials are posted at the start of each month, and members see new offers before they go live.

Uses an undercorrect, reassess, then add approach to injectables, and uses injectables, facials and bio-stimulators selectively, only when they suit the client.
