Services are grouped into extensions, manicures, pedicures, nail art, gel removal, kids services and refills. Gel-X extensions are offered at $100, and a structured manicure with builder gel on natural nails is $100. Structured manicures that combine builder gel with Gel-X extensions are $180. Manicures start at $50, pedicures start at $55, and gel polish removal starts at $20. Nail art is priced individually, and petit nail services for ages 6 to 10 start at $25. Builder gel refills are $90, and a rebalance add-on is needed if three or more weeks have passed since the last builder gel service. Refills are not offered on enhancements done elsewhere.

On arrival, clients are asked to text the salon and wait in their car until the technician texts them to come inside. Cancellations, rescheduling and no-shows made 72 hours or more ahead incur a 50% charge of the booked service. Shorter notice or a no-show incurs the full charge. No refunds are given, but free color repairs for gel nails and chip repair for Gel-X are offered within 7 days.
