Booking requires a current credit card on file. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice; without it, the card is charged 50% of the scheduled service, and day-of cancellations or no-call, no-show appointments are charged the full amount. Arriving 15 minutes or more late may shorten the appointment or lead to rescheduling, so guests are asked to call if running behind. Additional guests who are not receiving services are not permitted, though exceptions can be made when necessary. Children are not allowed in the salon, but they may book their own appointment for a service. Requests for adjustments after dissatisfaction must be scheduled within 7 days of the original service, and no refunds are offered of any kind.
