Pricing is listed as starting points for most services. Balayage retouches start at $250 and are meant for balayage no more than three months grown out, while color retouches start at $100 for up to six weeks of regrowth. Root lifts for blondes start at $210 for six to eight weeks of regrowth and include lightener and toner. Toner on its own is priced as varies and is used on hair that has already been lightened, without lightener. Oligo lightener or color add-ons are $45 and are suggested for lightening services, especially blondes.

Color corrections are a separate track. A consultation costs $15 and is required before any correction, which starts at $300 and covers fixing home box color, color from another salon, or blondes whose roots are more than six weeks grown out. The salon says corrections average about $100 per hour depending on the situation.

Hair extensions begin with a $15 consultation booked one to two weeks before the install. The initial install is priced by the number of extensions and takes about 165 minutes, and the salon works with rows, tape-ins and i-tips. Move-ups start at $300 for tape-ins or micro beads installed by the stylist and are done about six weeks after the install; move-ups for extensions placed elsewhere carry an additional charge. Removal starts at $150 for clients not getting a move-up.

Bridal and event hair is booked in the salon. Bridesmaid and mother of the bride or groom styling are each $125, photoshoot hair for headshots, branding, and individual or family shoots is $125 with the shoot type specified at booking, and special occasion hair for a guest, event or night out is $125. Bride hair and bride trial hair are each $200 and are for booked brides. Bridesmaid, mother-of-the-bride or groom, and bride bookings require a deposit to hold the date, and bride bookings also need a questionnaire and contract. The owner travels to other locations for weddings.

The salon is open Sunday and Monday from 10 AM to 4 PM and is closed Tuesday through Saturday. Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours ahead. Late cancellations, late reschedules and no-shows are charged 50% of the estimated starting price of the booked services. Full payment is due on the day of service, upon completion. Guests who are unhappy with their hair should contact the salon within 48 hours of the service, and shampooing within that window limits what adjustments can be made; the satisfaction policy does not cover guests who leave with wet hair. No refunds are issued for any reason. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $200 or custom amounts and are final sale. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.

The owner says customer satisfaction is central to how the salon works, and the 48-hour window for raising concerns about a service is part of that.
