Lash extension options include full sets in Volume, Hybrid and Classic styles, mini sets that use half the extensions of a full set, and fills timed to the weeks since a client's last visit. Clients coming from another lash artist book a Transitional Fill, which leaves time for a consultation and assessment. Lash lifts use the Elleebana treatment for natural lashes, with tint options added to either lift or brows.

Clients can pre-book refill appointments after each visit. Only the client receiving a service may attend, and food and drinks are not allowed in appointments. The salon is open Monday, Friday and Saturday, with Monday hours from 12:00pm to 7:30pm, Friday from 10:00am to 3:00pm and Saturday from 9:00am to 3:30pm.

Lash health comes first in every extension and lash service, with guidance on keeping lashes retained between visits.
