The studio's cosmetics line started in July 2017 as Britaine' D'czyz Cosmetics and was renamed BD Beauty in 2024. The vegan, cruelty-free products include liquid lipsticks, lip kits and mink lashes, and they can be tried in the salon before buying. All product sales are final.

Brides send a bridal inquiry with as much detail as they can, and the studio returns a customized proposal. Wedding and special event bookings begin with a free 30-minute consultation call or an email. Evening, Saturday and Sunday appointments are available by request, depending on availability.

New clients start by filling out the inquiry form on the website, after which the studio emails currently open times and books the first visit directly. Returning clients are invited to reserve their next two appointments before leaving. Color is offered only on request. Anyone who has not visited in more than six months is handled as a new client for hair services. Hair that arrives tangled incurs a $25 detangle fee.

Some services are removed from online booking and must be arranged by contacting the studio. Deposits are non-refundable and go toward the balance. Cancelling or rescheduling two days ahead avoids a charge of half the total balance, while no-shows and same-day cancellations are charged the full amount. There is a 10-minute grace period, guests who are not being serviced are not permitted, and children ages 3 to 10 are no longer serviced except current child clients.

The studio emphasizes upscale customer service and personalized bridal planning, with makeup and hair work aimed at helping women feel at ease with their look.
