The Beauty Co-Op opened in 2019 and was founded by Nicole Dionne. It was set up as a cooperative of beauty professionals and local artisans in Edmond.
The space is built around independence. Professionals rent their own private rooms, run their own businesses and keep 100% of their service fees and product sales, which gives them room to shape their schedules and offerings.
The boutique sells locally made, handcrafted products from Oklahoma artisans, including soaps, candles, jewelry and art. Local vendors can consign their work there.
Under one roof, clients can book esthetics, massage, lash services and men's grooming through a barber, with each provider working independently in their own room.
A shared-space model that gives independent beauty and wellness professionals room to build their own businesses.
