The menu is grouped into skincare (facials and clinical treatments), relaxation (face massage), waxing and eyebrows. Facials are sorted into Classic, Advanced and Clinical options. New clients can start with The Intro, a 90-minute skin analysis and introductory facial that ends with a home care recommendation and a treatment plan. The Facial is customized with enzymatic exfoliation, extractions and a facial and neck massage, and runs 75 or 90 minutes from $180. The Teen is a facial for ages 11 to 19 that addresses acne-prone and sensitive skin, with at-home guidance, starting at $70 for 30 minutes or more. The Pumpkin Facial is listed at $149 for 60 minutes.

Advanced treatments lean on technology. The HydroDiamond is a 75-minute wet microdermabrasion facial with serum infusion, extractions and LED light. The NanoFacial infuses serum without needles using a silicon chip. The All-In combines the two. The Oxygen delivers oxygen to the skin with enzyme technology, and the Lift is a 90-minute firming peptide facial with microcurrent or ultrasound and red light. The Detox is a multi-phase facial with a detox peel, steam, extractions, massage and an oxygen session. The business describes SWiCH, a 45-minute treatment for mature skin that works beneath the surface without peeling or downtime, as a revolutionary anti-aging treatment. Clinical options include dermaplaning, microdermabrasion with diamond-tip, crystal or wet options, a customized smart-acid peel, a 40-minute radiofrequency treatment followed by an oxygen dome session, and a non-invasive infusion treatment.

Relaxation options include Kobido and Korugi massage, each offered in 60 or 90 minutes, along with a 120-minute Circadia-based facial with massage and oxygen, and a 120-minute service combining massage, a Classic Facial and a device finish. Waxing covers brow, lip, chin, sideburns, face and underarms. Eyebrow services include mapping, waxing and custom shaping. Cancellations or changes need 48 hours' notice; later changes are charged 100% of the service cost, and no-shows without notice are charged the full cost. Deposits are non-refundable. Late arrivals lose that time from the appointment without a reduced rate, and clients should not arrive more than five minutes early. Clients are asked to stop retinol, vitamin A derivatives and active acids three to five days before and after a facial, and to avoid facial waxing for three days before a session. Unopened products can be returned within seven days, but returns are not accepted for allergic reactions or dissatisfaction. Gift certificates are nontransferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or used for products, and require the original certificate.
