Before a first set, a free consultation of about 10 minutes is recommended. Each lash extension is applied individually, and styles range from soft, polished looks to bold, dramatic ones, with natural or dramatic finishes available. Clients are asked to arrive with no makeup and clean lashes, and to remove contacts if they can.

Full sets are offered in classic and in volume, hybrid, wet, or wispy styles, with timed refills from one to three weeks. Clients who bring in lashes from another stylist pay an extra $25 for two- and three-week refills. Eyelash perm lift and tint and brow lamination with tint are also offered, along with brow or lash tint and extension removal. Appointments are canceled after a 15-minute late mark, rescheduling carries a fee, and unpaid cancellation invoices may prevent future bookings. Clients running late are asked to text the studio.
