The spa's focus is on advocating for each client's skin health and mentoring clients so they can make their own informed decisions about their skin. Hair removal is done by sugaring, from quick work on the underarms or brows to full leg and full front sessions. Facials range from a 10-minute FaceFit to customized 30, 60 and 90-minute treatments, with options such as a chemical peel, microdermabrasion, and LED light therapy, including multi-week LED packages.

Body treatments include wraps, a 60-minute body cleanse and resurfacing treatment with deep conditioning, and Pressio Therapy sessions. Add-ons such as paraffin masks, Sonic Blade, infra-red lamps and LED can be combined with facials and body work. The holistic menu covers Reiki sessions of 30, 60 and 90 minutes, a Chrystal Balancing therapy that uses stones and minerals, and a Sunday morning guided meditation group.

The spa also hosts a free community Reiki class on Sundays from 6pm to 8pm, where donations for the space are welcome. Its classes cover Brazilian sugaring for women and men, speed waxing, manual lymphatic drainage facial massage, intimate area treatments, and Usui Reiki attunements from Level 1 through the Teacher Level. A 522 square foot classroom is available to lease by the hour or day for classes, events and meetings.
