Each treatment is tailored to the client's skin. Clients can mention sensitivities at consultation, and products are chosen after that conversation based on skin type, condition, allergies and goals.

The menu runs from a 30-minute express facial to a one-hour Baru Signature Facial, with a deep-cleansing acne facial that includes extractions and an optional high-frequency spot treatment. Acne treatments are offered to both teens and adults using age-appropriate products, and acne packages of three or six sessions are available. Dermaplaning is offered for the face, the full face and the back, and hyperpigmentation treatment is done without chemical peels or microneedling. LED light therapy and ultrasonic collagen therapy can be added to certain facials.

The Oncology-Safe Skincare Program begins with a required consultation, with a $50 fee that is non-refundable and applied to a first oncology facial booked within 30 days. Services are customized to each client's skin condition and treatment history, and the plan is updated as skin changes. Clients may bring a family member or caregiver to appointments, and some may be asked for written clearance from a medical team, especially during active treatment or soon after surgery.

The studio is open Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 5:30 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 3 PM, and it is closed on Sundays. Clients can book online or by phone, and payment is taken at booking to secure an appointment. Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late may have their session shortened without extra time added. Gift cards and a loyalty program are available, and first-time clients receive a complimentary microdermabrasion listed as a $20 value. Spa parties, including the Radiance Luxe Party, the VIP Glow and Gather for up to six guests, and a Glow Mini Party, are offered at the studio and as mobile events across Westchester, New York City and nearby areas.

Treatments are tailored to each client's skin, with products selected after consultation and a gentle, clinical approach aimed at healthy, radiant skin and client confidence.
