The salon offers cutting, color and blow dry styling. Haircuts are priced from $165 to $295, color services start at $125, and blow drys start at $100. Each stylist and colorist sets their own pricing, so the cost depends partly on who does the work.

Haircut bookings begin with a consultation. Color consultations are arranged through the colorist, and creative or corrective color requires a consultation before booking and is priced by the hour. Online booking opens up to three months ahead; later appointments are arranged by contacting the stylist directly. Reminders go out 72 hours before an appointment. Cancellations or date changes need at least 24 hours' notice, and later cancellations may be charged 50 to 100 percent of the booked services. No-shows are charged in full. A 15-minute grace period applies, and arriving later may bring a late fee.

Parking is a $20 flat-fee lot at 901 Illinois St; other nearby parking is metered or on neighborhood streets with no guaranteed space, so the salon suggests rideshare or public transit.
