Pedicures begin with a detoxifying soak and add callus care, a hydrating lotion massage and a warm towel wrap. Gel options are available for both. Gel-X extensions come as premade clear gel tips, shaped to the length the client wants. The business describes Gel-X as a healthier option than traditional acrylic or hard gel extensions. The extensions service does not include removal, so gel removal is booked as a separate add-on.

Nail art ranges from quick additions like matte finishes, chrome, foil and French tips to simple lines, stripes, polka dots and accent nails, and more detailed work including decals, marbling, jewels and ombre. Add-ons include builder gel, an extended massage, a sugar scrub and polish changes for hands and feet.

Barely Blush can also come to a client's home or business for nail care. Mobile visits carry a $25 travel fee.

Press-on nails are a separate part of the business. Clients can order custom press-on nails, which take about 10 business days to produce before shipping. Ready-to-ship sets are also offered. A sizing kit includes 14 nail sizes in the shape and length chosen. Preset sizes are XS, S, M and L, and sizes that fall outside those can be entered as custom tip sizes in the order notes. Once a client's sizes are on file, reorders can skip the sizing kit. A rush production option is available for an extra $20. Orders ship through USPS in about 3 to 5 business days, to P.O. boxes but not internationally. Orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed, and all sales are final for health and safety reasons. Incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with the order number and a photo, and shipping damage can be handled by emailing a photo.

The business says it uses top-of-the-line ingredients and that nail health is its top priority, working with natural nails only.
