Services fall into a few groups. Luxury facials include hydrating facials, nano microneedling, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, hydrodermabrasion, and acne facials, and customized facials are adjusted to each client's skin needs. Peels include acne, brightening, clinical grade, and enzymatic options, which the studio describes as targeting fine lines, dullness, and uneven texture. Advanced treatments also include LED therapy. The Clear Skin Acne Treatment Program targets mild to severe acne, with progress expected over three to six months.

Pricing depends on individual skin conditions rather than a fixed rate. The Virtual Clear Skin Program requires a $120 consultation fee. Clear Skin clients can start with a consultation by video call or by sending photos by email. Treatments are recommended every two weeks or monthly depending on skin type, and the program requires a monthly subscription of at least six months. Clients are also expected to use recommended home care products.

Booking and payment policies are firm. Appointments need at least 72 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations with less notice and no-shows are charged the full reserved amount. Skin care services and retail products are non-refundable. Clients who miss an appointment can book up to three make-up appointments. Gift cards are sold as eGift cards in $10, $20, $25, $50, or custom amounts. Afterpay purchases are non-refundable, and cancelled or changed services receive a gift card credit valid for one year. Payment is accepted by credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App Pay, ACH bank transfer, and Afterpay.

After a treatment, clients are asked to avoid retinoid-type products, aggressive exfoliation, waxing, and acids for two to four weeks, and to wear sunscreen of at least SPF 30.
