Facials run from the 75-minute Glowing Classic Facial to the 120-minute Nano-Rejuvenate Facial, which uses nano-stamping with imported Korean hyaluronic acid products. Clients who want a device-based option can book a HydraFacial, offered in Platinum, Deluxe and Signature tiers. Chemical peels include lactic, glycolic and advanced layer options, and the Green Sea Peel is described by the studio as its most invasive peel, used for fine lines, hyperpigmentation, acne scarring and non-inflamed acne.

The Acne Bootcamp Kickstart is a 100-minute start to an acne program, combining an in-depth consultation on acne causes and management with an Acne Detox Facial and five full-sized Face Reality products chosen for the client's skin. The full package includes six facials and peels, with treatments recommended about every two weeks. Clients with acne who book the Let's Glow to the Back Facial have its hot stone step replaced with 15 minutes of LED light therapy.

Booking requires a credit or debit card on file. Services over 90 minutes and advanced treatments such as certain peels and HydraFacials require a non-refundable $50 deposit toward the service fee. Cancelling or rescheduling within 48 hours is charged 50 percent of the service fee, and a no-show is charged the full service price. A second no-show, or an unpaid no-show fee, ends the ability to book. Clients are asked to keep phones silent and avoid phones and earbuds during treatments.

Each client's plan is shaped around their own skin, from the first consultation through the home routine and the in-studio treatments that follow.
