The facials split into a few types. Body facials cover the back and glutes, including a brightening back facial that takes an hour. For the face, there are dermaplaning facials, a cranberry enzyme dermaplane option, and a hydrodermabrasion facial that combines water-based solutions with suction, each around an hour and fifteen minutes.

Vajacials are a separate service limited to clients who have had a wax with the business. They are booked three to seven days after the waxing appointment and include cleansing, exfoliation, steam and a mask over 45 minutes. Clients who have shaved or used Nair, depilatory creams or other hair removal beforehand are not eligible.

To prepare for waxing, clients are asked to exfoliate 24 to 48 hours beforehand and let hair grow to at least two weeks, longer than a grain of rice. Appointments need to be confirmed because unconfirmed bookings may be double booked, and anyone running late is asked to call or text.

Payment is by credit, debit, Apple Pay or cash, and cash payers are asked to bring the exact amount. Hours are Monday and Tuesday from 9 am to 5 pm, Wednesday through Saturday from 9 am to 8 pm, and the studio is closed on Sunday.

Skincare is described as the first priority, with waxing and facial services offered side by side.
