The practice plans treatments for the whole face rather than area by area, weighing skin quality, muscle movement, facial volume and overall structure. Injectable care starts with a consultation that looks at facial structure, symmetry, how volume is distributed and skin health. Skin to Structure runs in three steps: The Release, which uses wrinkle relaxers such as Botox, Dysport, Xeomin and Daxxify to ease the muscles that pull the face downward; Skinvestment Rx, which pairs energy devices with medical-grade skincare; and Bare Skin Balance, where filler is placed to shape how light reflects off the face and to balance features as one unit. Packages run from three appointments over three months to eight over twelve months, and the full transformation usually takes six to twelve months.

New patients can meet with a provider in the office or complete a digital pre-assessment that returns a customized treatment guide by email. New clients start by texting NEW to the booking number. A new client appointment with Skin to Structure planning is 75 minutes and requires a $250 deposit, which is applied to treatment if it is performed that day or covers the consultation if not. If treatment is not done on the consultation day, a $1000 credit can be purchased for future use, with the $250 fee applied to it. Cancellations need five days' notice to avoid a $200 fee, or $500 for Facial Balancing or a first visit with Hilary. One courtesy reschedule is offered, after which a non-refundable $200 deposit applies. The site notes that texts, emails and phone calls may not be fully HIPAA protected.

Existing patients can book maintenance online or by texting MAINTENANCE to the booking number. Follow-up visits review the treatment history and assess skin texture, tone and elasticity, along with how long earlier treatments have lasted. Care plans are adjusted over time as results progress. In-person sessions at the Kentfield studio are available to fine-tune results or discuss new goals, and virtual check-ins are offered too. The practice also sells skincare products through its website.
