Tess leads the business, curates the services, mentors the team and shapes the client experience, though she no longer performs treatments herself. The salon says its team brings experience from respected spas and salons, and describes its standards as high.

The salon offers facials in two lines. Elevate sessions are longer corrective appointments covering the face, neck and décolletage, lasting 75, 90 or 105 minutes at $295, $345 or $395. Options within them can involve deeper exfoliating peels, light-based treatment, a microcurrent lift, oxygen infusion, fine-tipped micro-exfoliation, ultrasonic silver-ion therapy, concentrated serum ampoules, dermaplaning, massage and masks. Essential sessions are shorter maintenance visits for the face and neck, using dermaplaning and other targeted methods. They last 30, 45 or 60 minutes at $135, $185 or $225, and clients keep their everyday clothing on.

The brow and lash menu includes shaping and tinting, lash tinting, lash lifts, and a Trio package combining brows and lashes. The Elevate Brow Design service is 45 minutes for $125 and includes detailed mapping, shaping, a custom-blended tint and a hydrogel lip mask. The salon asks clients to remove eye and brow makeup, oils and moisturizers before these treatments, and to avoid trimming, waxing or tweezing brows for two to four weeks beforehand.

Waxing covers the lip, chin, underarms, arms, legs, back and chest, and bikini and Brazilian options. Medical aesthetic treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, laser and RF needling, microneedling, PRF and facial peels are performed on-site by the Eminent Beauty team but booked through Eminent Beauty rather than the Gloss booking link. The boutique carries skincare from brands including Alastin, Obagi, EltaMD and Epicutis, and Tess selects products based on proven effectiveness, quality ingredients and reputable brands. Most boutique items are also available in the online store.
