The studio takes an unhurried approach. Each service is adjusted to the client's skin, comfort level and goals, and first-time clients are walked through the process with their questions answered before any treatment begins. The space is calm and welcoming, meant to be a place where clients don't feel judged.

The menu covers body waxing from small areas like the neck and underarms to full legs and Brazilian waxing, which is offered in a modified front-only version or a full version. Face waxing includes a full face option, and sugaring is available for many of the same areas. Brow services include advanced brow mapping, brow waxing, semi-permanent brow tinting and brow lamination, and there is a lash lift.

Sugaring is made from sugar, water and citric acid, which suits clients with sensitive skin or those who prefer a more eco-conscious option. Before a visit, hair should be about a quarter inch long, which is usually two to three weeks of growth. Clients are advised to avoid exfoliating right before an appointment, to stay hydrated and to wear comfortable clothing.

The studio sells aftercare products from several brands and offers gift cards. Tipping is not expected, as the prices listed already account for that. Same-day appointments can be requested by text, and hours are subject to change without notice.
