Bridal and event bookings can be done at the studio or at the client's location. Every booking opens with a one-on-one consultation tailored to the client, and trial sessions are available ahead of the event. A hair trial costs $125 for 45 minutes, and each extra 30 minutes is $50. Parties of up to 35 people can be served, and group discounts apply. Travel is billed at $2 per mile, round trip, for each artist. Events lasting longer than six hours need lodging and a meal for the vendor. Any hotel parking charge is put on the contract or on the hotel room for the day of the event.

To reserve a date, a 50% deposit of the bride's total price is required with a signed contract. That deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. Dates are not held or guaranteed without both the signed contract and the deposit. During peak season, from May through October, bookings need the bride and at least three bridal party members for both hair and makeup. Eyelash and permanent makeup appointments each require a $50 deposit that is applied toward the service and is non-refundable if cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed.

Permanent makeup is done over several sessions. Microblading takes about two to three hours, and a second appointment is needed four to eight weeks after the first, with follow-ups within one to two months of the initial application. Brows are described as looking healed about seven to ten days after microblading and fully healed in around three weeks. Touch-ups for brows, eyeliner and lip blush start at $150 and must be done within one month of the first session. The business also offers one-on-one combination microblading and shading training over five days, with the start week chosen by the student. The course costs $6,000 and totals 40 hours, eight hours per day.
