Appointments are offered Wednesday through Friday from 9:30 AM to 3 PM and on Saturday from 9 AM to 1 PM; the studio is closed Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. A valid card is needed to book. Cancellations or reschedules should be made at least 24 hours ahead through GlossGenius, since late changes are charged half of the scheduled service. After two no-shows, prepayment may be required for future visits. New clients may be asked for a deposit on some services, such as full face waxing. For urgent situations, the studio takes emergency texts at 405-830-1950.

The skincare menu is small and specific. The vajacial has three options (instant soothe, brightening, or breakout prevention) and includes a skin analysis, steam, a deep cleanse, gentle exfoliation, hot towels, high frequency, extractions when needed, and a mask and serum chosen for the client. A separate high frequency facial is offered as a shorter add-on. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom value, and gift card sales are final.
