The studio is appointment only and books through a Square page, with gift cards also sold there. Listed hours are Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM, Thursday from 10 AM to 7 PM, and Saturday from 10 AM to 4 PM, with the studio closed on Sundays and Mondays. Full prices are in a price list on the website. Clients can add 10 minutes for pain tolerance at no charge. Appointments made outside regular hours carry a $20 fee. The location is not ADA accessible.

Services span waxing for women and men, including full face waxing with or without brows, Brazilian and Manzillian waxing, and body areas such as legs, arms, underarms and bikini. Brow shaping and tinting, lash lifts and eyelash tinting, and extractions are also offered.
