New clients seeking corrective treatment begin with a New Client Skin Strategy Session, which includes a consultation, a skin analysis, a customized corrective treatment, a written treatment roadmap and a homecare prescription. Several treatments carry a new-client deposit, and some are built as a series with a home routine between visits.

The facial menu runs from Gua Sha and derma planing to a maintenance facial for established corrective clients, a customized facial for teens, a barrier-focused treatment for compromised or reactive skin, and pigment and age-focused clinical facials. Body services include a corrective intimate treatment and a back and shoulder treatment. Waxing covers the face, body and intimate areas.

Hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 12 PM to 7:30 PM, Saturday from 9 AM to 3 PM, and the studio is closed on Wednesday and Sunday. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations or no-shows are charged 50% of the booked service. Gift card sales are final.

Corrective care is planned around each client's skin, starting with a skin analysis and a roadmap, and paired with a homecare routine.
