Gel X is the salon's main extension service. It is a soft-gel tip applied without filing the natural nail, using Apres soft-gel tips, and it typically lasts three to four weeks. A full set takes about 90 to 120 minutes and starts at $70, while fills start at $50. Removal by soak-off takes about 20 minutes, and at fill appointments the old product is filed down instead. The owner says pre-formed tips give all ten nails the same shape and curve at each visit. A free Gel X consultation is offered. The salon uses Gel X exclusively for extensions at its Ahwatukee studio.

Hard gel is the service the salon says it books most often over the last two years. It is a rubber base soft-gel builder applied directly to the natural nail without tips, and it can be done as a short-tip overlay or sculpted to extend slightly past the fingertip. Hard gel lasts four or more weeks, and fills are recommended around the four-week mark. An overlay starts at $55, a fill starts at $50, and an appointment takes about 75 to 90 minutes. The salon recommends hard gel to most clients, including those who work with their hands, and the owner says it is the right choice for most clients who think they need extensions because their own nails need reinforcing. Traditional hard gel and polygel are not offered.

Dry manicures are a waterless Russian-style service in which cuticle work is done with an e-file. Fine diamond bits run at low speed are sterilized between every client. A dry manicure takes about 45 to 75 minutes. Regular polish starts at $25, and gel polish adds up to $40 for the service, which the salon says wears three or more weeks. Classic manicures ($25), gel manicures ($38) and the Princess manicure for guests under 12 ($25) are also offered. Pedicures range from a quick Express polish refresh at $30 to the Volcano Spa Pedicure at $70, which uses CBD products. Pedicures beyond the Express include a nail trim, cuticle conditioning, reflexology with a hot lava-stone massage, warm towels and a finishing polish. The salon describes its mani-pedi offerings as luxury.

Nail art, add-ons and waxing round out the menu. Nail art includes line work, French tips, freehand designs, chrome powder, cat eye gel and custom florals, and starts at $5. Waxing covers the face, body and bikini areas, with prices from $10 for the upper lip to $60 for a Brazilian bikini. Hair should be at least one-eighth of an inch long for waxing. Prices shown are starting points, and final prices vary by length, design complexity and time, and exclude tax and gratuity.

To book, clients can use Fresha at any time for instant text confirmation or call the studio. No deposit is required. Walk-ins are welcome when chairs are open, but full sets of Gel X and hard gel need a reservation. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, and same-day cancellations and no-shows may be charged a fee. Clients are asked to arrive 5 to 10 minutes early. The salon accepts cash and major cards, and tips can be added to card payments. Gift cards come in any amount, can be used for any service and never expire, and are bought by phone.

The salon builds its services around structural work, using rubber base gel for hard gel and pre-shaped Gel X tips after the owner tested most major gel formulas. Dry prep is the first step of every Gel X and hard gel service, which the salon says keeps the nail from swelling so gel polish lasts longer.
