The studio is on East 5th Street in the downtown district. It is in the third suite on the left once inside the building, a red building just to the right of the Willie Nelson mural. Roadside parking along 5th Street is available for a fee. A nearby garage sits between Whole Foods and Target, and parking is validated for clients who shop at either store after an appointment, if the visit runs under 1.5 hours. Hours are Monday and Thursday 9 AM to 6:30 PM and Sunday 1 PM to 6 PM; the studio is closed Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Every appointment starts with a consultation just before the treatment begins. Intake forms must be completed online before the day of the appointment and are required before treatment.

The facial menu runs from a 45-minute Junior Facial for teens to a 90-minute-plus Skin Tightening Facial that offers a choice of Holistic Gua Sha or Clinical Microcurrent sculpting. Between them are a Signature Facial, a diamond-tip Microdermabrasion facial, a Rejuvenating Facial with three options, a Men's Facial covering skin, beard and neck, and a custom Gluten-Free Facial that uses gluten-free skin care products. Outside the facial menu, the studio offers Microchanneling, which takes at least 30 minutes and requires three days of downtime, along with a Chemical Peel, Red Light Therapy and a cleanse-and-extraction visit that is not a facial. Add-ons such as Microcurrent, Ultrasound, Gua Sha and Microdermabrasion can be added to a facial, and the Brow Shape add-on is offered only with a facial.

Memberships provide a monthly facial or custom session, with three tiers. Package credits and membership benefits apply automatically at checkout when booking through the services page as usual. The Microchanneling three-session package is priced at $800. Booking policies are firm: cancellations made within 24 hours and no-shows incur a 100% fee, and deposits and prepayments are included in that. If a deposit was paid, the rest of the facial cost is charged for a late cancellation or no-show. Clients arriving 15 or more minutes late must reschedule and a no-show fee applies, and anyone expecting to be late is asked to text 512-487-4787, since calls may not be answered during appointments. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
