BAM Aesthetics & Wellness operates from two Pennsylvania offices: one at 830 Penllyn Blue Bell Pike in Blue Bell and one at 507 Salfordville Rd in Harleysville. Bethann Mallon founded the practice and owns it. The practice describes itself as a boutique practice offering concierge-level care, and says it has more than 18 years of experience, more than 10 expert providers, and has treated over 7,000 patients.

Appointments can be booked online or by calling (610) 222-9000. The Blue Bell office is open Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 10 AM to 5 PM, Wednesday until 7 PM, and Friday from 10 AM to 4 PM. The Harleysville office is open Tuesday and Wednesday from 10 AM to 4 PM and Thursday from 10 AM to 5 PM. Both offices offer Saturday visits by appointment only and are closed on Sunday; Harleysville is also closed on Monday and Friday.

Visits begin with a consultation in which providers look at goals, facial anatomy, skin type and skin quality before any treatment. Treatments can be combined in one visit, such as Botox with dermal fillers, and providers recommend combinations. Detailed aftercare instructions are given afterward. Most clients return to normal activities within 24 hours, according to the practice, and common effects such as mild redness or swelling usually settle within a few days.

The menu of injectables covers neurotoxins (BOTOX, Dysport, Jeuveau, DAXXIFY and Xeomin), dermal fillers, bio-stimulators, Kybella for fullness under the chin, EZ Gel PRF, and PDO threads. Nurse injectors carry out these treatments. According to the practice, it uses medical-grade products and offers only dermal fillers that are FDA-approved. The VIP BAM Tox Club costs $15 a month. Members pay $11.50 per unit of neurotoxin rather than the standard $12.50, get to book ahead of other clients, can try new services before they open to everyone, and are invited to events reserved for members.

The skin studio offers facials, microneedling, chemical peels, laser treatments and skin tightening, which the practice describes as evidence-based. Hair and body services include PRP hair restoration, laser hair removal, non-surgical BBL and stretch mark and scar revision. Wellness services cover IV therapy, vitamin and B12 injections, the BAM Weight Loss Program, NAD+ therapy, infrared sauna sessions and LED light therapy.
