New clients start with a personalized consultation before any treatment. The consultation explains what is happening in the body, what each treatment does and whether it is a good fit, and post-treatment care and check-ins are included. The practice is open Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:30am to 5:30pm, Thursday from 11:00am to 7:00pm and Saturday from 10:00am to 4:00pm, is closed Sunday and Monday, and can arrange evening appointments on request.

Beyond aesthetics, the practice offers women's wellness treatments for urinary incontinence, pelvic floor strength, vaginal rejuvenation, postpartum recovery, and perimenopause and menopause care, along with a Pelvic Power Program and a Postpartum Recovery Program. A men's wellness area covers comprehensive bloodwork, testosterone replacement therapy, low testosterone and male sexual performance, and the practice lists ApexRF among its treatments.
