For color correction, the complimentary consultation covers a hair analysis, goal setting, a treatment plan and a discussion of cost. Corrective sessions run about 2 to 6 hours depending on complexity and can take more than one visit.
Color is formulated for each client based on skin tone, daily life and how much maintenance they want. The team says it is committed to ongoing education, and the color correction specialists report extensive training in color theory and correction chemistry.
The space is modern and welcoming, meant to help clients unwind. Clients who want a price are asked to send photos of their current hair and any inspiration photos first, so the salon can estimate time and cost. Pricing questions and job inquiries go through the contact form. Cancellations or changes with less than 24 hours notice carry a 50% fee charged to the card on file, and no-shows or same-day cancellations are charged the full scheduled service. Children are only allowed in the salon when they are receiving a service.
