The studio describes its approach as a mix of science and spirituality, and says every service is customized to the individual client.

The head spa rituals are the studio's signature. There are three, Root, Flow and Align, running 60, 90 and 120 minutes and priced at $150, $225 and $300. Depending on the ritual, a session can include a scalp analysis, two cleanses, exfoliation, steam, treatments, scalp and neck massage, aromatherapy, sound healing and energy balancing, with reflexology-inspired hand, arm, foot and lower leg massage added at the longer levels. The studio recommends booking a ritual three to seven days before color is due, and advises against deep cleansing services right after a color appointment to help the color last.

Energy work is available on its own through The Chakra Balance and Healy Bioenergetic Analysis, both 60-minute sessions priced at $150 that use Healy frequencies. Color and highlights are done with Innersense Color Purity products. Most services require a $50 deposit, new clients follow a link to an intake form after booking, and cancellations made online at least 48 hours ahead avoid a $50 fee. A $75 no-show charge applies to missed appointments without advance notice. Payments and Buy Now, Pay Later are accepted in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
