A card on file is needed to book, 24 hours' notice is requested for changes, cancellations made inside that window are charged half the service, and no-shows and same-day cancellations are charged in full.
Treatments are built around a consultation and adjusted each day to suit the skin in front of the practitioner. The studio says acne is managed through consistent care and professional guidance rather than permanently cured.
