The menu is organized into custom facials, head spa, massage, waxing, and brows and lashes. Facials run from a 15-minute eye and lip renewal treatment to a two-hour Platinum facial that adds extractions as needed, facial massage, a foot treatment and a paraffin hand treatment. Options include dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, LED light therapy, radiofrequency firming and lifting, a gentle corrective peel, and a facial designed for men that includes a beard treatment. Beard conditioning can be added to compatible facials.

Head spa services start with a 15-minute scalp massage and extend to a 90-minute ritual that combines the Signature Head Spa with LED scalp therapy and a mini hydrating facial. Therapeutic massage is offered in 60- and 90-minute sessions. Waxing covers the face, body and limbs, and brow lamination, tinting and sculpting sit alongside lash lifts and lash tints.

Luxux is found inside the main building, where visitors look for the suite numbers and head to Suite 4. Parking is free, both in the lot out front and along the side of the building. Opening times run Monday through Friday from 9am to 7pm and Saturday from 9am to 5pm; the studio is shut on Sundays. Visitors should come roughly five minutes ahead to fill in intake forms, then sit in the lobby while appointments take place. Cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours' notice. A late arrival of over 10 minutes can cut the length of a service, yet the full fee is still charged. Before a facial, clients are advised to stop using retinol or exfoliating acids for 48 hours. Waxing requires hair measuring at least a quarter inch.

Each treatment is customized to the client's skin, goals and pace.
