Brows and waxing make up the rest of the menu. Brow tinting and brow waxing are each $15. Waxing covers lip, nose, chin, underarm, full arm and back. The nose wax covers the inside of the nostrils, the full arm wax covers the whole arm but not the underarms or shoulders, and the back wax covers the length of the back but not the shoulders or neck. A colour or glitter add-on is available for lash sets.
Visits are on Tuesdays from 8:30 AM to 2 PM and Wednesdays from 1:30 PM to 7:30 PM. Clients are asked to arrive with a makeup-free face and clean eyes, and wearing makeup adds a $10 fee. New clients booking a classic, light or mega volume set pay a $25 deposit, which is non-refundable. A foreign fill carries a $25 upcharge. Appointments more than 10 minutes late are rescheduled and the deposit is forfeited. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged 50% of the services, and no-shows pay the full price; clients who no-show up to two times may be banned. Retention issues need to be reported within 72 hours. If lashes cannot be worked on because of an earlier application, a new set is recommended.
