New clients begin with a longer curly cut, about two hours or more, starting at $155. The visit includes a dry cut shaped to the client's curls and daily routine, a detox treatment, education on curl type, instruction on product application, and personalized product recommendations. First-time curly cut clients also receive a complimentary goody bag. Before the appointment, new clients fill out a new client form and check their email for prep instructions.

Returning clients have shorter appointments at lower prices, within set time windows. A returning client curly cut of about 90 minutes, starting at $100, covers a maintenance cut, wash, full curl styling, and diffusing or hood drying, for clients who came back within 12 months of their first visit. An express dry cut of 30 minutes, at $65, suits shape ups and minor trims for clients returning within four months, and it requires hair to be prestyled with no clips, braids, or ties. A 30-minute dry trim of bangs and face framing layers is also available for returning clients. Returning clients' haircuts are done on wet hair and suit those who usually wear hair straight or blown out, and clipper curly cuts for men with guards from 0 to 8 on the sides are offered as well.

Color and treatment options include an all-over color that covers the head in one shade, going darker, and partial and full highlight sessions with toner. Curly highlights are a full head of highlights designed around the client's curl pattern. A toner refresh revives dull or faded color on blonde hair and on shades such as reds, blacks, and caramels, without a full color service. Toner add-ons are booked only when Bailey directs. A deep condition add-on uses an Amino-PCA Complex to help hair absorb and hold moisture, and its results last up to five weeks. Clients taking the treatment as an add-on do not receive the four take-home vials.

Deposits are required from all clients when booking and go toward the total cost. Cards of all major brands are accepted, with a 3.5 percent convenience fee on card payments. Clients have a 15-minute grace period, after which some or all services may not be performed. No-shows and cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment incur a 50 percent fee. Clients who cannot make an appointment should contact the salon to reschedule.

Cuts are shaped around each client's curl type and daily routine, with education on curls and product use built into the first visit.
