Every visit starts with a personalized consultation before the cut. Stylists work with all hair types and textures, including thin, thick, colored and natural hair. Guests can walk in and check in at the front desk, or hold a place on the waitlist through Online Check-In on the website or the Great Clips app. Online Check-In is not a booked appointment, opens five minutes after the salon opens, and closes at the latest 15 minutes before closing.
