A visit starts in the waiting area until the appointment time. Guests cannot join clients during appointments, and phone use is limited while the service is underway. Clients who are taking retinol, Retin-A or Accutane need to stop two weeks before brow shaping, waxing or tint services. Eyebrow lamination is not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding clients or for clients using those same retinoids, and lash lift clients should arrive with no makeup on their lashes.

Deposits are taken when booking, and cancellations or reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice. Gift cards are offered, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

The studio aims to enhance the brows a client already has rather than change their shape completely.
