LASH with Rachel

The studio operates from Suite 214 at 214 E Florence Blvd in Casa Grande and is booked by appointment only. The booking page lists hours from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Thursday, 9:00 am to 12:30 pm on Fridays, and 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturdays. Sundays are closed. Rachel Gall founded the studio and leads its brow work.

Lash extensions are semi-permanent synthetic fibers placed one at a time onto natural lashes to add length, fullness, curl and definition. Sets are shaped to each client's eye shape, natural lashes and chosen look, ranging from soft and natural to full and dramatic, and the styles offered are classic, capped, hybrid, volume and mega volume. The studio says natural lash health comes first, and it selects extension weight and length with the aim that extensions can be worn long term. A Korean lash lift takes about an hour and costs $160, and lash removal is $30, or $51.50 for removal of a lash application.

Brow services include microblading, ombre brows and nano brows. A first nano brow session runs about 3 hours 15 minutes and costs $257.50, and a first ombre cover-up session takes 2 hours and costs $412. Brow touch-ups are priced by timing: $103 at 3 to 6 months, $154.50 at 7 to 8 months, $206 at 9 months to 1 year, and $257.50 at 1 to 3 years. Brow threading takes 15 minutes at $25.75, and brow waxing takes 30 minutes at $20. A 15-minute consultation with Rachel costs $25.75, and a 15-minute foreign fill consultation costs $15.

The studio also teaches. Its two-day in-person PhiBrows microblading course is priced at $3,500 and includes a bonus machine shading lecture, a live demonstration and hands-on practice on live models with a PhiBrows master present. Topics include tool sterilization, skin structure, aftercare, touch-ups, stroke patterns and client communication, and the course includes a PhiBrows kit for about 50 clients. An online PhiBrows microblading certification includes a premium kit, access to the CraftMaster app and six months of support, and the certificate requires completing all 11 levels in the app. Kit shipping is charged separately. Monthly PhiBrows courses are available, and a 3-day lash training course of 8 hours is listed at $1,500. The studio describes the PhiBrows certification as widely regarded as the highest quality certification in the industry.

For a visit, clients are asked to arrive on time without make-up, wear comfortable clothing and avoid caffeine beforehand. Clients need to complete and bring the lash waiver form to each appointment, and services are not performed without consent. Children and other adults are asked not to attend appointments with the client.

Lash work is planned around natural lash health and a long-term wear goal, and brow work is aimed at a natural-looking result.
