Lash services range from bottom lashes and fills to custom lash sets, which are mapped to each client's eye shape, natural lashes, lifestyle and the look they want, with one set price. The portfolio shows classic, wispy hybrid and volume styles. Skincare includes a virtual skin consultation by FaceTime or Zoom, a new client acne consultation and treatment, teen and back acne treatments, a biweekly acne treatment for established clients, a custom facial, a dermaplaning glow facial, a facial with massage, and a set of advanced corrective options.

Booking is time-based, so clients who are running late should contact the studio. Appointments cancelled within 48 hours are charged the full service amount, and a 10-minute grace period applies before an appointment is cancelled and charged. Some services take a deposit, including custom lash sets, lash fills and virtual skin consultations. Clients who want to ask questions can use the contact form on the studio's site.

Hours run Monday from 11:30 AM to 7 PM, Tuesday from 10 AM to 4 PM, Wednesday and Thursday from 10 AM to 7 PM, Friday from 10 AM to 2 PM, and Saturday from 8 AM to 2 PM. The studio is closed on Sundays.

Visits are planned around each client, with consistency, education and intentionally chosen treatments presented as the basis for longer-lasting results.
