Every visit is by appointment only. New clients pay a $50 deposit, which is applied toward the total cost of the service, and payment is due at the time of service. The academy offers classic and Russian volume lash classes, open only to licensed professionals. The classic course runs two days, roughly 10am to 4pm with lunch each day. It covers theory and history, safety and sanitation, eye mapping, removal and fills, aftercare, consent forms and hands-on practice, and a certification is given at the end. Tuition is $1000 with the kit included, and a 50% deposit reserves a seat, with the balance due up to a week before class. Classic graduates may return to later classes as refreshers and receive ongoing guidance. The one-day volume class runs 10am to 7pm with lunch provided. It covers volume fan making, attachment and placement, and a model set, and ends with a certificate. Tuition is $850 with the kit included, on the same deposit terms. Paid tuition and supply fees are final and non-refundable, though class credit may be applied if a class is rescheduled.

The shop sells lash and brow products from Scandic Beauty, a Norwegian brand, along with a graphic T-shirt. Shop items are available for in-store pickup or shipping, and shipping rates can vary. Shop products cannot be returned.
