Cancellations more than 24 hours ahead carry no fee, while changes within 24 hours cost 25% of the service fee and no-shows are charged 50%. Treatments and products are non-refundable. Gift cards are valid for one year from purchase. AfterPay is accepted for payment plans. Clients under 18 need a parent or guardian present to consent. A 24-hour skin test is required before a first tint service. Previously tattooed brows need a photo for approval and 50% of the ink faded. Events can be requested by email.
