About

It describes its focus as age management and acne care, and says it takes a gentle approach that does not trade skin health for quick results. Listed hours are Tuesday to Thursday 10am to 6pm and Friday and Saturday 10am to 4pm, with the studio closed Sunday and Monday. The business says it has worked with more than 300 clients.

The Hydrafacial menu has three levels. The Express Hydrafacial is a 30-minute visit at $200 that covers cleansing, the Hydrafacial and finishing products. The Deluxe Hydrafacial runs 60 minutes at $260 and adds a custom booster, LED light therapy and finishing products. The 90-minute Baby Face Hydrafacial at $325 is the most involved: it combines dermaplaning, lymphatic drainage, the Hydrafacial, a custom booster, LED light and a jelly mask. Add-ons such as eye and lip perks, lymphatic drainage and a custom booster are priced from $30 to $50.

Result-driven facials are single visits, each listed as an hour except the Express Dermaplane. The Reset Facial ($150) includes a double cleanse, facial massage, enzyme exfoliation, extractions, a soothing mask and customized serums, moisturizer and SPF. The Dermaplaning Treatment ($175) and Hydration Treatment ($200) are also one hour; the hydration visit is non-invasive with no downtime and can include dermaplaning. The Acne Treatment ($150, 60 minutes) combines double cleansing, a mild peel or enzyme mask, extractions, high frequency and LED blue light, and the business describes all products used in it as acne-safe. The Express Dermaplane is 30 minutes for $80. Mild and medium chemical peels are each 30-minute services priced at $100 and $150. The mild peel is listed for dullness, uneven texture, fine lines and acne with little to no downtime. The medium peel is listed for fine lines, wrinkles, sun damage, hyperpigmentation and acne scars, requires a consultation before booking, and needs up to 10 days of downtime for the skin to heal.

The Clear Skin Program is the studio's longer acne plan. It begins with a skin consultation and an in-depth skin assessment, followed by a customized skincare plan and a home regimen chosen for the client's skin. Treatments and check-ins take place every two weeks and include double cleansing, progress photos, a mild peel or enzyme treatment, extractions, LED light therapy and finishing products. The business says the program has a 90% or higher success rate in clearing skin and that clients can see results after 3 months, while clearing itself can take 3 to 6 months depending on the client. Clients who clear their skin keep lifetime access to program resources. ProCell microchanneling, a non-invasive procedure that creates microscopic perforations in the outer skin layer, is also offered, with a human bone marrow-derived serum applied afterward. The shop sells skincare from brands including Face Reality, GlyMed Plus, Hydrinity, MIXI, SIV, Skinbetter, Anfisa, Clean Skin Club and Colorscience, and an online Acne Safe Checker can help clients see whether makeup or hair products are free of pore-clogging ingredients.

Booking terms are worth reading before a first visit. Cancellations and rescheduling need at least 48 hours' notice, and later changes are charged 50% of the service price. Clients have a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals; services may be shortened but are charged in full. A no-show is charged 100% of the service price, and repeated no-shows may need a deposit or prepayment to book future appointments. Clients must be 18 or older. All product sales are final, with no refunds, returns, exchanges or store credit, though incorrect or damaged products should be reported promptly for review.

Takes a gentle approach and says it does not compromise skin to achieve quick results. Acne treatment and age management are the stated focus.
