Its hair care service, B'WARE Cosmetology, is built on the view that hair health is connected to overall health inside the body, so the work looks beyond the hair itself.

Founder and owner Tiffany Ware came to cosmetology through a full-time career change. She graduated with a cosmetology degree and license in 2008, obtained a Senior Cosmetology License in 2017, and has kept learning through classes, workshops and conferences.

Hair loss is a particular focus. Tiffany earned certification as a hair loss specialist in 2022 and began training toward a trichology degree the same year. Care for natural curls is also part of the hair care offering.

For extensions, the business uses Nyuki Hair Products, which it describes as non-toxic and eco-friendly, and offers New Village Braid options. It also uses MyAvana hair technology. New clients can book a consultation through online booking before their first visit.

Beyond hair care, B'WARE offers education, mentorship and community service. It supports The Crown Act, which addresses hair discrimination, and its current philanthropic partner is My Sister's Place Women's Center, where the business helps with fundraising and service. The business also describes a partnership with Bouqé Rolling Paper Co. on education about plant medicine.
