Lace services are the most detailed part of the menu. For HD lace wigs, frontals and closures, the work includes bleaching the knots, plucking, and braiding down the hairline. Lace wig installs also include sewing the wig down at the back. These services need the wig or frontal dropped off ahead of time, so the stylist has time to prepare it.

Smaller services are also offered: wifey curls, crimps and wand curls, messy buns, baby hair fixing, and frontal repair and replacement for wigs. Wig reinstalls are available for wigs the client bought or had installed by this stylist, and they must arrive clean and free of dirt and glue.

The business is open Tuesday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, and is closed Monday, Saturday and Sunday. Clients should arrive on time: arrivals more than 15 minutes late pay a late fee, and appointments are canceled after 25 minutes.
