The menu is grouped into hair color, highlights, extensions, treatments, texture services, styling and makeup. Color and extension work both begin with a face-to-face consultation, and new guests must come in person for their first appointment. For extensions, the consultation covers length, color and fullness. The stylist does not keep extension hair on hand and orders it for each client, so hair is not included in the service and can be bought from the stylist.
Among the studio's better-known offerings are Brazilian Blowout and GK Hair smoothing treatments, a Botox hair treatment that the salon describes as formaldehyde-free, and Olaplex treatment that can be added inside color or lightener. Makeup runs from Soft Glam to Full Glam and Deluxe Glam, with lashes included in each, and a combined hair and makeup package. Booking policies include a credit card at booking for new guests, 24 hours' notice to cancel, and fees for same-day cancellations and no-shows. Children 12 and under must have a parent or guardian present, and children are not allowed on the styling floor.
