A Glam Makeover is a one-hour full face makeup application for $120. The Bridal Trial is a one-hour, 30-minute session for planning a bridal look for $150, and it can also cover looks for bridesmaids. Bridal makeup can be done at the studio or on-site at the bride's location. Brides can book from outside Jacksonville, including out of state and abroad, and on-location requests are made by email. Bridal parties average about nine people. Brianna usually works alone, and an assistant is brought in for parties larger than nine or when she decides one is needed.

Microshading, sold as Ombré Brows, is a semi-permanent brow treatment. A fine needle on a digital machine deposits pigment dots to create a shaded, powdered finish. A topical numbing cream is used during the procedure. The first appointment usually runs about 2.5 to 3 hours and includes a consultation and brow mapping. A perfecting touch-up is booked 6 to 8 weeks later and typically takes 1.5 to 2 hours. The business says results typically last 1 to 3 years and recommends a touch-up every 12 to 18 months. Permanent brow clients start pre-care instructions 48 hours before the procedure.

Everything is booked by appointment only, with no walk-ins or same-day bookings. A 50% deposit secures each appointment and is applied to the balance. Messages sent after 6 PM or on Sundays and Mondays are answered the next business day, and the owner asks for 24 to 48 hours for a reply.
