The menu is organized around textured hair. Signature Texture services include a basic twist-out, a signature twist-out and a wash with define, and the studio offers cuts designed for textured hair. Silk presses come in several levels, from a signature silk press to a complete version, and can be combined with a trim or a treatment. Hair health services include a deep conditioning treatment and a repair or strength treatment. Color options run from root retouches and single process to partial and full highlights, and gloss or rinse services are available as add-ons.

Bookings are made through the studio's Vagaro page. A $50 non-refundable deposit secures each appointment and is applied to the final balance, and cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. The studio is open Wednesday to Friday from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm; it is closed Monday and Tuesday.

The gallery shows six styles from Joyce's chair, including natural texture work, sleek length and short textured cuts. Packages of three twist-outs or three silk presses are offered for clients who plan ahead. A Flanagan Hair Club membership and a Healthy Hair Package are listed but not yet available to book.
