Joyce Flanagan

Joyce Flanagan owns and leads B'More Beautiful in Mill Creek, Washington, and works there as a stylist, educator, salon owner and author. She is a licensed cosmetologist with more than 26 years of experience as a stylist and 18 years of experience educating beauty professionals. The studio describes her as award-winning.

Her specialty is textured hair, and she works with natural, curly and textured hair. She works with women who want to understand and embrace their natural texture rather than fight it, and she teaches stylists to approach textured hair with knowledge and confidence. She created her educational work to share what she has learned about textured hair, and teaching is as meaningful to her as styling.

She leads Texture Talk, a learning community for new and future stylists.
